Great Service and Amazing Views
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were well-serviced and clean, with amazing views over the surrounding landscape. The location was central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the affordable prices at the restaurant.
That we experienced limited hot water in the shower. This made it difficult to fully enjoy our time during peak hours.

This mountain hotel was situated down the hill just outside of the city center, making it a quiet location with amazing views of the valley. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering excellent service and even providing fried banana and drinks for our journey. The rooms were basic but clean, and the breakfast was adequate, with menu options to choose from. The amenities were quaint and charming, while the location was near everything and conveniently close to the Sapa express bus station.
The hotel needs some TLC to improve the standard of cleanliness.
